Sound Healing I utilize the therapeutic power of sound vibrations to bring your body and mind into a state of deep rest. Using tools like singing bowls and gongs, this therapy helps lower stress levels, unblock stagnant energy, and realign your natural frequencies for total relaxation.

Energy Healing I practice various healing modalities to enable deep healing and bring harmony to mind, body, and spirit. My expertise includes:
